Our products are shipped using Poste Italiane's Priority Mail service (both National and International). Below are the delivery times for both T-shirts and CDs:

→ MEDITERRANEAN REGION: 4/5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
→ NORTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES: 5/6 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
→ REST OF THE AMERICAS, ASIA, AND OCEANIA: 7/8 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
→ OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES: 8/9 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

Politica di Reso - Uttern

Resi:
- Puoi restituire qualsiasi merce fisica entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione.
- Per avviare una procedura di reso, ti preghiamo di contattarci a info@utternofficial.com indicando i tuoi dati (nome, cognome, indirizzo) e il motivo del reso.
- Gli articoli restituiti devono essere in condizioni originali, non indossati e con tutti gli imballaggi e le etichette originali integre.
- Ti preghiamo di confezionare gli articoli in modo sicuro e di spedirli all'indirizzo indicato previa approvazione del reso.
- Le spese di spedizione per i resi sono a carico del cliente, tranne nel caso di articoli danneggiati o errati.

Rimborsi:
- Una volta che riceviamo gli articoli restituiti e li ispezioniamo, procederemo con il rimborso riaccreditandovi la somma attraverso bonifico bancario su conto corrente o PayPal.
- I rimborsi saranno accreditati entro 5 giorni dall'approvazione.
- Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili, a meno che il reso sia dovuto a un nostro errore.

Articoli Danneggiati o Errati:
Se ricevi un articolo danneggiato o errato, ti preghiamo di contattarci immediatamente. Ti forniremo istruzioni per la restituzione dell'articolo o offriremo una sostituzione senza costi aggiuntivi.

Return Policy - Uttern

Returns:
- You may return any physical merchandise within 10 business days of receipt.
- To start a return, please contact us at info@utternofficial.com with your details (name, address) and the reason of the return.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
- Please securely package the items and ship them to the address provided upon return approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will proceed with the refund by transferring the amount through a bank transfer to your bank account or PayPal.
- Refunds will be credited within 5 days of approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item or offer a replacement at no additional cost.
